1. What KONTAKKT is

KONTAKKT is a personal content brand and an internal content tool operated by its creator. The tool ("the App") is used exclusively by the operator to create short motivational videos and to upload them to the operator's own social media accounts (including TikTok) via the platforms' official APIs.

2. No public service

The App is not offered to the public. There are no user accounts, no sign-ups, and no services provided to third parties. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to provide software or services to anyone.

3. Content

All videos published under the KONTAKKT brand are the operator's own content. Opinions expressed in videos are personal views. References to public figures relate exclusively to their public statements and published content.

4. Third-party platforms

Where content is published on TikTok, YouTube or Instagram, the respective platform's terms of service apply to viewing and interacting with that content.

5. Liability

This website is provided "as is" for informational purposes. To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for the availability or accuracy of its contents.
